Working Group 1 - Discord Clean-Up

The Discord Clean-up working group met on Monday, March 6th.
Participating Community Members:

Below is a read out of our reccomendations after walking through the EtherOrcs and VoV Discord.

EtherOrcs Discord Recommendations:

  • Create an Archive Category and place it at the bottom of the navigation heirarchy
    • There should be two top level categories, Orc Owners Tavern and Archive
    • All current in use channels should be under the root/main area, above the two aformentioned categories

VoV Discord Recommendations:

  • Create an Archive Category and place it at the bottom of the navigation heirarchy
    • There should be five top level categories, DAO, Text Channels, DAO-Discussions, Off-Topic and Archive

Suggestions on Shot-Mid Term

  • Rename VoV Discord -> EtherOrcsDAO
  • Re-align roles within EtherOrcsDAO (VoV) Discord
    • Admin : Role for people with higher technical function of discord board. Think server owner, etc.
    • War Council : Role for War Council (Steering Comitte)
    • Horde : Holder of EtherOrcs Assets in an ethereum/polygon wallet
    • Peon : First joiner of the server
